On my yahoo account. When I use my email, it displays my first and last name. How do your block name showing?

You need to change the "from line" setting.


Mail page%26gt;%26gt;options (top right)%26gt;%26gt;then scroll to and click on "general preferences".


Under--Names and Emails-- at the top of that page----erase the name(s) showing on the From line, and type in anything you want--a nickname ? or whatever suits you-----then click "save" at bottom of page.





With Beta or New mail ??

click options


then mail options


then accounts


then click add or edit an account


then choose edit


at the top in the from and reply to fields


change the name and or change email address to reply to


you can change name to anything


email address"s must be valid to recieve a reply


after you change info


go to the bottom of the page and click the "save" button.


send email to your self to test
