When I get email the sender box just has a first name & I'm unsure to open it. How do I see their address?

The only way to see who sent it (the address) is to open it. A word of caution, though: if you don't recognize the name, it could be spam and some unknown emails can have a virus in them. As a precaution, I would delete any emails you don't recognize as legit.
