You have to be very young to be asking such a foolish question. Obviously, they are not in love with you, and you are not in love with them or you would be able to talk about this instead of asking other people what the problem is.
Why do people tell me they love me but dont call or email unless i email or call first?
Because you probably dont allow them to miss you

Reply:In a relastionship 1 or the other will wait to get a text/call/email to see if the other one is thinking about them...Just so the can have confidence that the other one is thinking about them...It may seem wierd but its true
Reply:The old saying out of sight out of mind. They do love you, but since you are not there or someone that the see all the time they don`t think about you as much as you would hope.
