Need to use micrsft outlook 2 send email and address my clients by first name. I have names in excel. How???

Hi. I have my excel list of customers. I typically send out emails and write in each person's name. Is there a way to mail merge it out of excel so that I can cut down on my input time? i.e. make excel grab the name directly from an excel file so it is personally addressed? I have the excel from 03

I recommend a different program. Courier by rose city software. You can export your spreadsheet into a text file and sed from there.
