How do I replace my First & last name with an anonymous name off of an email that I send to another party?

I like chatting with different people around the world %26amp; I don't want my "Actual" First %26amp; Last name visible to people I don't really know when sending emails...When I send an email to "everyone" it reflects that the email was sent from "Keisha Green". How can I change my personal info such as my real name from an email that I send?? Why doesn't my "email address" show up instead of my personal info %26amp; how can I change this. Please can somebody...anybody help me?

How do I replace my First %26amp; last name with an anonymous name off of an email that I send to another party?
