maybe you need to reinstall it?
I have had this problem in the past when I have had a virus too
Check Yahoo are not having problems first though
Reply:There are 2 easy solutions.
1. Try accessing through another browser, eg Firefox.
2. Get an email browser (not outlook) such as thunderbird
